Wait-list Our clinic and providers are busy and booking in advance. If you are unable to find an appointment time that works for you please add yourself to the waitlist. The waitlist is monitored and let’s your practitioner know you are hoping to be seen.

New Patients and re-evaluations/new complaints: we encourage you to pre-book a follow up for 1-2 weeks after your initial, this can always be moved if needed.

Return visits: we encourage you to book early and consider booking more than one follow up to ensure continuity of care. Appointments can always be moved or cancelled if needed.

Cancellations and no-shows: no-shows will be charged full price. Late cancellations we reserve the right to charge for the full amount of the appointment. If you appointment is no longer needed, or you need to move it, please give us 24-hours notice so that we have the opportunity to fill your spot.
